Corps Agricultural Sustainable Development Evaluation And Countermeasures Research

Agriculture is the foundation of the country’s economy,the development of agriculture not only relatesto the people living standard rise, also directly related to the steady development of national and socialstability.Sustainable agriculture is the inevitable trend of the development of modern agriculture and also isan important part of sustainable development of the society. Agricultural sustainable developmentemphasizes the development of agriculture is sustainability, emphasis on development of agriculturalproduction and technological innovation,at the same time pay attention to the reasonable use and protectthe environment,not to harm the interests of the descendants of the expense,to achieve the stability ofsupply and demand of resources and environmental benign development, eventually realize the sustainabledevelopment of agriculture.As one of the important force to stabilize the frontier corps, from set up to thepresent agricultural development have made great progress,however,because the excessive emphasis oneconomy growth, while neglecting to environment and resources protection and rational utilization,makesthe corps of agricultural ecological environment deterioration and resource use efficiency decline graduallyincreased,the cost of production,production and construction corps facing social development imbalancesin the economy, society,resources and environment, all sorts of problems began to emerge,the corps beginto face the problem of sustainable agricultural development. In this paper, through establish the productionand construction corps agricultural sustainable development model, analyze the corps of agriculturalsustainable development present situation,find out the factors which restrict the development of productionand construction corps agricultural sustainable, promoting production and construction corps agriculturalsustainable development policies and suggestions, to promote production and construction corpsagricultural sustainable development has important practical significance.In this paper, we apply some analysis methods such as the combination of theory with practice,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysiscombining analysis methods, according to the sustainable development theory, population carrying capacity,ecological economic theory, agricultural control theory as the theoretical basis, combine the production andconstruction corps agricultural development present situation, using the entropy value method to analyzeand evaluate the economy, society, population, resources and environment of corps between 2001-2013.combine the results of analysis and the present situation of agriculture development find out affectingagricultural sustainable development constraints factor, and combining the domestic and foreign advancedexperience of the sustainable development of agriculture targeted put forward the policies and suggestionsto promote the development of production and construction corps agricultural sustainable.The main conclusions are:(1) By using the entropy value method to analysis the data from 2001-2013 we can found that the corps agricultural sustainable development overall level enhances unceasingly.(2)using the coordination degree of index analysis can be seen, although the overall level of corps agriculturalsustainable development is improve but its internal sustainable development level of the subsystems thechange have showed obvious differences.The sustainable development level is in a state of decline ofpopulation, resources and environment sustainable level of development is relatively slow compared withother subsystems, each subsystem presents the inconsistency between the development.(3) by combininglarge unit agricultural practical analysis to find out the influence factors of the sustainable development ofagriculture are: land resources, water resources, agriculture and rural infrastructure, agricultural industrialstructure, industrialization level, agricultural socialization service as well as the rural population quality andso on.(4) by combining domestic and foreign advanced experience of agricultural sustainable developmentput forward the government should play a leading role, from the macroscopic Angle to study how to stickto the sustainable development of agriculture road;To strengthen the protection of cultivated land resourcesand rational utilization, develop water-saving agriculture;Strengthen the infrastructure construction corpsfarms, improve the level of the overall development of agriculture;Adjust corps agricultural industrialstructure, promote the industrialization of corps agricultural products, improve the quality of the corps ofpopulation, provide high-quality labor resources for the development of agriculture;At the same time tostrengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation ability, and improve the agriculturalscience and technology innovation ability and the level of modernization of agriculture.
