The Evaluation And Analysis Of The New Urbanization Construction Level Based On Extension Theory

In 2014, China’s urbanization rate is 54.77%, the urbanization rate of growth of1.4% in Henan province is higher than the national urbanization rate growth(1.04%).Although rapid urbanization made some achievements,but gradually exposed low level urban management service,the existing system severely restricted agricultural population "urbanization" and other urban diseases.Henan province is a big agricultural and population province,on the premise of guaranteeing the land "red line",should seize the strategic adjustment of economic structure, national preferential policy opportunities,to promote the construction of the new urbanization.Firstly,the research background is introduced,domestic and foreign urbanization construction situation and the related results.Secondly,it introduces new urbanization theory,as well as some extension theories and methods,including primitive theory,extension set theory,rhombus thinking,optimal evaluation method.Based on the theory of extenic theory and system theory,together with the present situation of four pilot cities and new urbanization contradictions,this paper has carried on the correlation analysis and contains analysis,and gets the divergent tree and contains system.On the basis of consulting lots of literature, referencing to some scholars,combining with the the relevant indicators by the extension divergence analysis,contains analysis,a set of 48 indexs system of primary is built;According to the theoretical analysis and the basis,the system of new urbanization, including population urbanization,economic urbanization,infrastructure and public services,resources&environment as the secondary indexes,22 tertiary index, is built.The strong objectivity multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model of extension entropy is applied in the empirical research toXinzheng,Luoyang,Yuzhou city,Lankao;by using entropy value method to determine the index weight,through the correlation functions to calculate correlation degree and relational grade,and according to the set level of evaluation,to evaluate the new urbanization level of the pilot cities.Finally,based on comprehensive analysis,around "One Belt And One Road" strategy is put forward to build with Zhengzhou as the center of the triangle "economic circle" and other relevant policies and suggestions.Through the study of this paper,the comprehensive evaluation result analysis and related recommendations provide theoretical will be support for the new urbanization construction in Henan province,also a new type of urbanization evaluation method for other areas t is provided.In addition, the research is only in "National new urbanization planning" on the first "static" year,the series of "dynamic" study of four new urbanization construction in 2014-2020 is hoped.
