Performance appraisal plays an important role in human resource management in modern enterprises, with standardized and scientific development of enterprise human resource management and performance evaluation system of strict norms, as well as how to accurately evaluate staff performance, becoming the industry’s priorities. Performance assessment is a systematic project, to understand the real meaning and importance of performance appraisal to enhance enterprise performance appraisal plays a very important role.Based on ZT performance appraisals as a study object, solve the problems in performance assessment, using theories and methods of modern human resources management, performance appraisal program to explore and establish the company’s development.First of all, through research, ZT Systems Analysis companies performance appraisal system current situation and problems in human resource management system. Secondly, the comprehensive application performance management tools, designed a suit ZT business development performance evaluation program. Continuously improve the level of management of the whole enterprise, further deepen the reform of human resource management system, and constantly improve our corporate and employee performance.Finally, the ZT analysis of performance appraisal scheme for implementation and management of the company, from the performance appraisal of the subject and the responsibility, setting performance appraisal cycle, and the matters needing attention in the implementation of performance appraisal and management analysis, implementation of performance appraisal program is a "double-edged sword."Based on ZT study on performance evaluation of companies, design a performance appraisal to meet development needs programme, which will help the company’s performance appraisal management, to better improve the management level of the company and achieve the strategic objectives.
