With the development of information technology,communication equipment becomes the infrastructure construction of IT industry,the importance to be self-evident.The quality of communication product mainly depend on testing line,testing work will directly affect the final quality of product.So,the testing department is vital.In the last twenty years Z communication test department performance appraisal program has followed the old system,which not adjust to the latest management theory and actual situation,already can't match with the industry and company rapid development.With the rapid growth of business scale and organization structure,performance appraisal program has no necessary change.The existing performance appraisal program indicators is not specific,ignoring the differences between important and ordinary employees,lack of long-term effective incentives,as well as the assessment of complicated operation and so on.So,the whole system need a big change now.For the purpose of improve the efficiency of the work of the staff,ensure the long-term stability of employees,making personal development plan for employees,save the cost of perfonnance appraisal,improve the quality of the products of the company.Firstly,we need a careful and detailed questionnaire survey for current performance appraisal system.Then we use theory of salary management,performance management,incentive and other related theory to guide the optimization design.Considering the influence of various factors to design optimization solutions that match the enterprise development.Optimization design is combain performance management theory and influence factors such as work content and work.Optimization design will play a full role to the performance evaluation of incentive and guiding.New performance appraisal program will applicable for the practical operation of test department,guide the employees improve work enthusiasm and work efficiency,so as to promote the coompany product quality...
