Research On The Knowledge Sharing For Team From Social Network Analysis

Through the implementation of knowledge management, social entities could improve the utilization of knowledge, and then, strengthen the core competitiveness. The study of knowledge management includes knowledge acquisition, knowledge selection, knowledge sharing, knowledge transformation and knowledge application. Knowledge sharing is the key point of knowledge management. Team is the most common form of organizational structure, the research about the knowledge sharing of team is very useful and important. Knowledge sharing shows features of network and socialization, furthermore, tacit knowledge sharing could not be existing without social networks, therefore, this paper will use the social network theory and social network analysis (SNA) to analyze the knowledge sharing of team.The research process of this paper is that, firstly reviewing relevant knowledge, which includes knowledge management, knowledge sharing of team, social network theory, social network analysis methods, then building a knowledge-sharing model of team, combined with social network theory and social network analysis, finally, analyzing a social network composed of students based on the model.
