| The steel industry makes significant contribution to rapid economic growth, which leads to steel production increasing quickly and then makes the steel industry as a crucial part of national economy more important. At the same time there are lots of problems for the rapid growth of the steel industry. For example, the irrational industrial structure and the pressure of the ecological environment is increasing, etc. To solve these problems in the steel industry, improving the efficiency of technology innovation which is impacted by industrial clusters is an important breakthrough. In this paper, Tangshan Steel Industry Cluster is reviewed as the research object. After based on explaining the industry cluster and the principle of the efficiency of technological innovation, combined with the analysis of the development and the situation of Tangshan Steel Industry, establishing the evaluation system of the efficiency of technology innovation for Tangshan Steel Industry Cluster, and using DEA-BCC, DEA-SBM and Malmquist index method to measure the efficiency of technology innovation for Tangshan Steel Industry Cluster. It is concluded that Present a tendency of increasing development of Tangshan Steel Industry Cluster efficiency of technology innovation; unexpected output seriously impedes the efficiency of technology innovation of Tangshan Steel Industry Cluster; unexpected output largely decreases the efficiency of technological innovation; in the years when the efficiency of technological innovation is invalid, R & D full-time equivalent staff and R & D intramural expenditure have largely redundancy, and some innovation resource are not reasonably distributed.Finally, according to the conclusions, related suggestions and strategies. |
