Studies On The Renovation Of Village Indowntown In Jie Xiu, Shan Xi In China

With the rapid development of China’s economy and deepening of the urbanization processing, the problem of the renovation about village in downtown is becoming urgent issues. For a long time, the village renovation faces the problem of no related laws to comply for a reason of cultivated land, registered permanent residence and so on. Related work is exploring by the related governments, and the effect is not really obvious. Above all, it’s necessary to analyze the principal benefit parts to promote urbanization processing.To guarantee the renovation process smoothly, it’s very important to handle relation of the benefit parts involved properly. This paper analyze profit for government, merchant and villagers those who are related benefit stakeholders. According to GAME theory and Stakeholder Analysis, the paper analyze the conflict and contradiction between them to model three patterns for renovation and represent advantages and disadvantages.In this study, government, merchant and villagers those who are the principal parts of urbanization reconstruction in Shanxi Jiexiu are taken as research objects.The paper makes a thorough inquiry into present situation and achievements of urbanization in Jiexiu,find out urgent problems with making use of literature consultation,questionnaire and investigation,case analysis method,talk and interview. In the meantime, according to the actual conditions and theories,the paper provides some related advises and suggestions more pertinently.
