At present,China's economy is undergoing a period of high-quality development that promotes structural adjustment,transformation,and upgrading.Knowledge-based talents have become the first resource of high-quality development."Hundred years of people" have determined that human capital accumulation is a long-term process.At the end of 2017,the population aged 60 and over reached 241 million,and the elderly population was 82.35%of the total number of people in terms of physical health and basic health.With the "double extension" of the life expectancy per capita and the human capital cycle,it provides an advantageous guarantee for the elderly to continue to participate in the work of resources.The elderly resources can provide higher stability,have better overall capabilities and skills,and can also adapt to new information,provide companies with more work experience and reduce the cost of employing companies.This article will reach the statutory retirement age of knowledge workers,choose whether to continue to participate in the work is called re-employment choice.On the basis of literature research,the definition of high-tech enterprises,resources for the elderly,knowledge-based elderly employees,and reemployment choices have been defined.At the same time,it analyzes and sums up the characteristics of knowledge-based senior employees in high-tech companies and summarizes the economic,cognitive,and spiritual factors that influence the reemployment choices of older employees.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory that covers a variety of factors is used as the theoretical basis,because Population characteristics such as gender and age also have influence on reemployment choices.Therefore,they are set as control variables and theoretical models are established.Then the research hypothesis is put forward,and it is believed that Maslow' s five major demands positively affect the re-employment of knowledge-based elderly employees in high-tech enterprises,select.Selected on-site research,e-mail,and telephone information collection for some senior hi-tech companies in Xuzhou,Jiangsu,Suzhou,Yangzhou and Nanjing,Jiangsu and Jiangsu provinces,who have chosen to re-employ and did not choose to re-employ,and use statistical software.SPSS 21.0 conducted descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,one-way analysis of variance,and regression analysis on 245 valid questionnaire data.The study found that physiological needs,security needs,social needs,respect needs,and self-realization needs all had a significant positive impact on the reemployment choices of knowledge-based senior employees in high-tech companies.The degree of impact from high to low was:Social needs,respect Demand,physiological needs,self-actualization needs,and safety requirements show that the most important factor for the reemployment choice of knowledge-based elderly employees is the mental level factor,but the physical factors are still important.Based on this,the characteristics of knowledge-based elderly employees are associated with the decline in physical strength and cognitive ability.From the perspective of human resources management,this paper proposes to build a harmonious human-based employee relationship;formulate an effective incentive system;and reasonably develop knowledge-based elderly employees' leisure education.Protecting the rights and interests of knowledge-based elderly employees and other countermeasures.
