With the coming of 2015,the urbanization rate of China has exceeded 50 percent,while the growing industrialization and urbanization, China’s economic structure is also undergoing corresponding changes.As a distinct group emerged during this period, they have made great contributions to China’s economic development, at the same time this growing group also face many living and developmental dilemmas.This article focus on the citizenization of migrant workers in the process of industrialization, the development of industrialization will bring a lot of changes, so do for migrant workers, industrialization not only promotes the social progress and economic development, but also gives migrant workers more opportunities and more development space at the same time, promote more farmers come to the city to work in industry, give more jobs for migrant workers which in the city and better treatment for income so that make further development space of citizenization.Enterprises also need migrant workers which have ability and high cultural quality to impove its efficiency,but migrant workers hope to enter a enterprise where they will be treated well,based on the information asymmetry will generate game,the gain and loss of the game will generate costs and benefits. At the same time.the development of urban industrial economy will be further widened the gap between urban and rural areas.Especially the cost-benefit of the gap between rural and urban areas.This prompted migrant workers want urbanizationso can enjoy preferential treatment.Therefore, this article based on the background of industrialization,shows the currentprogress of industrialization of Guizhou,the existing problems and gives advice to how to develop citizenization of migrant workers. Firstly, based on the economics perspective analysis the impact of industrialization on the citizenization of migrant workers, such as the influence of employment, income and consumption effect,survival and development influence. Secondly, using the cost and income theory and psychological theory to analyze the citizenization of migrant workers, shows that the industrialization has brought more opportunities of employment and Citizenization of migrant workers, but migrant workers will based on their own actual situation make rational choice.Then through a large number of relevant data indicators and simple multiple regression analysis the difficulty of the current existence of citizenization of migrant workers, for example, the low income,the lags behind of consumption, unfair treatment etc..Finally, according to the specific situation, the problems encountered in survival and development of migrant workers in Guizhou and draw up the measures,put forward the corresponding policy proposals.such as strengthen the education of rural migrant workers to improve the cultural quality,developme modern agriculture industrialization,encourage migrant workers make their own businesses,narrow the gap between urban and rural,reduce the cost of citizenization of migrant workers,improve the household registration system.
