Study On Guizhou High-tech Industry Competitiveness Evaluation

With the arrival of the new wave of technological revolution, the development of high-tech industry becomes an important part of global economic policy and national economic concerning.As an important provinces in the southwest,Guizhou province whose level of high technology industry development and industrial upgrading ability for the improvement have a significant impact on the whole regional economy strength and the high technology industry competitiveness improvement.How to correctly analyse the current situation of the development of high technology industry and the quantitative evaluation on the high technology industry and analyse the factors which restrict the development of the high technology industry and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of high technology industry in Guizhou has important significance.According to the data of high technology industry development of Guizhou province in recent years and relevant research results at home and abroad,the article analyzes the present situation of Guizhou’s high technology industry development. Based on the industrial competitiveness theory, the article constructs the high technology industry competitiveness evaluation index system and model. In combination with relevant data, the article uses the factor analysis method to compare the 25 provinces and cities’ high-tech industrial competitiveness and makes evaluation. Finally, find out the factors hindering the development of the high technology industry in Guizhou, and put forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of theory and reality.
