The Research On The Power Of Resource-based Enterprises Transformation And Upgrading

Along with the focus of adjusting the structure and transforming the development, as well as the theme of the times, building a harmonious society, developing green GDP, taking the road of sustainable development. The business environment in resource-based enterprises changes so much that they set about to transform themselves one after another which guide them to survive and develop in the dynamic environment.However, most resource-based enterprises is not so successful on the transformation and upgrading, the main reason is the lack of motivation. The key that the resource-based enterprises achieve successfully in the transformation and upgrading is whether they can keep pace with the power needed in the transformation and upgrading. Therefore, we do the research on the motivation of the resource-based enterprises’ transformation and upgrading, to match the motivation with the practice, on which strategic decisions, rational allocation of resources and the successful implementation of the transformation and upgrading based.In this paper, we take the resource-based enterprises(especially in Guizhou coal resource-based enterprises) as the research object, basing on the literature review and related theory, and analyze the connotation, features, necessity and factors of resource-based enterprises’ transformation and upgrading, then the various motive components in resource-based enterprises’ transformation and upgrading, based on the research needs analysis three important dynamic factors. Then analyzed the mechanism of action of these power and resource-based enterprises’ transformation and upgrading and build between the theoretical model, and to put forward to the corresponding research hypothesis, finally, analyze the relationship between the dynamic factors. In the empirical analysis stage, we conducted field interviews and questionnaires, then get the research data. We conclude that there are 3 factors responsible for the resource-based enterprises transformation and upgrading: the dynamic factor of government policy, entrepreneurship, technological innovation and prove our suppose by using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0. They are not only has a positive correlation relationship with the resource-based enterprises’ transformation and upgrading but also has a positive correlation with each other. In addition, these three kinds of dynamic factors are of different degrees in significance in the system. Finally, we use the method of empirical analysis and give suggestions on cultivating and enhancing the resource-based enterprises transformation and upgrading, in order to provide reference for resource-based enterprises transformation and upgrade practices.
