Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Resource-based Enterprises Promoted By Finance,Taking Shougang Group Co.,Ltd As An Example

How to achieve transformation and upgrading has become a major problem for resource-based enterprises.The transformation and upgrading of any industry is inseparable from the support of policies,innovation,capital and other factors,among which capital is the indispensable factor in industrial development.Through the analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by resource-based enterprises,this thesis expounds the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of resource-based enterprises and summarizes three main ways.The thesis also analyses the chances and problems faced by financial enterprises and studies the case of Shougang Group Co.,Ltd which used financial resources to transform and upgrade.From the perspective of the tripartite relationship between finance,enterprises and market,the thesis demonstrates the great importance role of finance in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Besides,it propounds the possible measures: using reasonable financial resources to guide the transformation direction for enterprises;selecting suitable policies for stable clients,supportive and preferential price policies for enterprises,which plays a stabilizing role for enterprises' transformation;building a sound financial supporting system,adjusting the structure of social financing and innovating financial products,which plays a supporting role for enterprises' transformation;resolving the debt pressure for resource-based enterprises;constructing a win-win relationship between financial enterprises and resource-based enterprises.Furthermore,the government should fully play its leading role in the transformation of resource-based enterprises,and build a docking mechanism between financial enterprises and resource-based enterprises.In the new era,finance boosts the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,promoting the economic growth;the transformation and upgrading of enterprises activate the market in turn.It has some enlightening and referencing significance in helping China's finance and industrial development to achieve a win-win situation.
