A Study On The Relationship Between The Entrepreneurial Competence And Enterprise Performance

This article from the perspective of entrepreneurship, constructing the relationship model of entrepreneurial competence and enterprise performance.Entrepreneurial competence can be divided into five dimension of opportunity competencies, strategic competencies, organizing competencies, target competencies,learning competencies. Dividing the enterprise performance into two dimensions of survival performance and growth performance, in order to discuss the affection between entrepreneurial competence and enterprise performance.On the basis of literature research and the purpose of this study, putting the scale of relevant variables for reference. There are 22 items to measure the entrepreneurial competence and 11 items to measure enterprise performance. By means of reliability analysis and validity analysis to detect the scale, collecting 156 effective samples in all.Using the correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS to study the samples of data. Finding out the key competence elements to affect enterprise performance. To discuss the affection between entrepreneurial competence and enterprise performance and there are two regression equation obtained. The research results show that entrepreneurial competence, on the whole, has a significant positive correlation with enterprise performance. Opportunity competencies, organizing competencies, target competencies, learning competencies have significant positive correlation with survival performance and strategic competencies hasn’t significant correlation with survival performance opportunity competencies, strategic competencies, organizing competencies, target competencies, learning competencieshave significant positive correlation with growth performance.Through this research, The thesis could provide empirical support and certain theoretical basis for increasing the possibility of entrepreneurial success and cultivating the competence of entrepreneurs. More importantly, this paper provides helpful conclusion to identify suitable for entrepreneurial people and solving the problem of entrepreneurship and employment.
