Study On The Development Strategy Of Hebei Heng Yue Carving Group

As an art form with a long history, Carving could create a variety of art images that of visible, touchable and perceived. Artists express their aesthetic sense, aesthetic emotion and aesthetic ideal by carving with many kinds of materials. Starting from Han dynasty and flourished in Tang dynasty, Quyang Carving is famous for its unique marble and two thousand years’ traditional carving skills.Now, Quyang carving industry has taken an initial shape of three-dimensional industrial system in production, storage, transportation, marketing and training, research and development, finance, and government public services.In this paper, we take Hebei Heng Yue Carving Group as an example to analyze advantages and deficiencies that enterprises face in the development trend, current competitive environment, the external and internal environment in the Carving industry, by using SWOT and GE matrix. Eventually form the strategic development system for enterprises by helping them set out development strategy, targets, direction and priorities in the management.
