The current highly competitive industries and enterprises, and thus for human resource management requirements are more stringent, companies must be able to establish an excellent quality as soon as possible, a stable structure of personnel to be able to adapt to market changes and customer requirements. Thus it can be said of talent has become the most important protection enterprises development. To improve the quality of talent, companies should establish a more comprehensive system of staff training, combined with industry background and market dynamics to organize training activities on various topics, in order to make the quality of staff skills in line with business growth requirements.Shanxi province H supply companies in staff training activities has accumulated some of the more mature approach, the number of training activities, staff training and other passengers compared to the previous two years has improved significantly, qualified personnel noticed.
