A Case Study Of MZ's Solution To Supply Chain Security Issue Based On Supply Chain Finance

The financing issue has always been the main barrier to the development of SME which is an important component of a domestic mega-manufacturer supply chain,the security of which guarantee a better outlook of the mega manufacturer.This dissertation has come up with an innovative solution to the problem through its research and analysis of the financing issue in the supply chain of MZ.A thorough study that combines qualitative and quantitative methods as well as theories has been conducted to figure out how to build up a financing management mode for MZ supply chain.According to the study,in order to remove the potential risks in the supply chain finance,each link of the supply chain should be taken into consideration and all-round measures can be taken such as building up a risk-control system for supply chain finance,improving the credit management of the enterprises in the chain,strictly regulating the system of qualification review and raising the efficiency of supply chain finance services.
