Under the background of economic globalization, more and more companies are implementing transnational operation strategy, to find better enterprise resources, ultimately achieve business purpose of more profits. Transnational operation strategy makes the way to get more multinational company development on one hand, on the other hand because of cultural differences in different countries, which appeared multicultural phenomenon of conflict and fusion in the development of the multinational enterprises. Therefore, cross-cultural management has become a key to the success of the multinational enterprise management, gradually got the attention of multinational companies in recent years. China is a developing country, the rapid development of economy, the huge market potential and cheap labor resources have been making China become the most attractive destination of foreign investment. These foreign companies need to adopt a cross-cultural management method to get a good business performance in China. Therefore, understanding of cross-cultural management and the general theory of evolution and identify the cultural conflicts, combining with the company actual situation to choose suitable cross-cultural management strategy, is of great significance for foreign capital enterprise invested in China.F Company is an American wholly owned company, is one of the world’s leading medical supplies manufacturer, headquartered in Hong Kong, which has a subsidiary in Guangzhou. F Company was founded in 1995, after years of efforts, the scale expands unceasingly. But in recent years, due to cultural differences between management cadres and staff, all kinds of cross-cultural problems are increased, employee turnover rate rises, the company’s human resources localization effect is not obvious. Based on the relevant theory of cross-cultural management, from the perspective of human resources, using the method of case study, this paper has analyzed about the present situation of F Company’s management in China. Based on the above, by citing some cross-cultural management conflict case, we have illustrated the importance of cross-cultural management for foreign investment enterprise management. On the basis of the analysis, we have put forward the solutions of F Company’s cross-cultural management problems.
