With the development of Internet, the social network and its applications have disrupted rules of traditional industries. The social network, whose core value is social function, reshaped or is going to reshape the industrial rules. This paper has built a business model of social network recruitment by using e3-value method. The model helps us analyze and summarize the new social network recruitment. The paper not only shows us the meaning of new business model, but also provides us the suggestions for traditional Internet recruitment industry.The paper can be divided into three parts. The first part includes chapter 1 and chapter 2. Chapter 1 introduces the background and meaning of this study, confirms the study method and frame, and defines the related conceptions of social network recruitment. Chapter 2 is the part of theories, including the theory of business model, of E-business, and of e3-value method. In this chapter, the paper gets that the study will extend from the point of value chain and value factors.The second part includes chapter 3 and chapter 4. In chapter 3, the paper, from the point of value, analyzes the value chain and value factors of social network recruitment. In chapter 4, we choose e3-value method as the tool to learn business model. By using e3-value method, we have built the business model of social network recruitment.The third part is an empirical analysis part. In chapter 5, the paper takes Linked In as the classic example of social network recruitment. By using the financial data of the first three quarters of Linked In, the paper has tested the fitness of e3-value model. The results show the good fitness of this model. Depending on the imitation of the business model based on e3-value method, the paper has put some suggestions in Linked In’s business model.
