As one of China's top ten real estate companies, Group B, under the background of market downturn, has gained rapid progress in both finance and internet industry while at the same time speeds up the land resource reserves. As a result, it needs much more talents. The recruitment colleagues are inundated with heavy tasks but still receives plenty of complains from business department. The ways of social recruitment is no longer for group development. Three-pillar model of Human Resource Management has attracted much attention in theory and practice as a new present. HRBP as a new branch delegated to business departments has played an important role in providing targeted human resources management services.Based on the complaints from business departments in Group B, this paper has analyzed two mainly problems — insufficient accuracy and efficiency — in the process of social recruitment. This paper have used social science research methods such as literature research, interview method and questionnaire survey method. Based on the three-pillar model, the paper have focused on HRBP branch and changed the former ways of recruiting according to job grade and the companies asking for recruitment. The paper reintegrated the division, allocation and coordination of social recruitment. The two channels of profession and business are applied to build HRBP team, and the introduction is given on how to launch social recruitment based on the post of cost director. There are also some suggestions on the training of HRBP reserve forces for the shaping of this model.I wish this article will bring a new thinking to the ways and accuracy and efficiency of social recruitment as well as the match with developing companies.
