In the "guidance of speeding up tourism", which the Sate Council of the People’s Republic of China issued in December of2009, the tourism in China will get almost the same position as the developed country by2020which have very strong tourism regarding volume, value and profit. In the "twelfth five years talent development plan of Tourism", which National Tourism Administration of China issued in2010, there was still a big gap between the talent pool and talent needs of tourism, in the next five years or longer, this industry would be full of opportunities and challenges, but more opportunities. Chinese tourist enterprises must be sensitive to the market, seize the opportunities, make progress rapidly and focus on building strong tourism with good talents, achieve the target of being the top tier country attracting tourists. In recent years, there was not only a big demand of talent quantities due to fast growth of tourism, but a big demand of talent quality and diversity considering the industry upgrade and business model innovation. Talent Recruitment became one very important method for tourist enterprises to achieve business growth target.Currently, tourist enterprises still rely on traditional recruitment methods to acquire talents, lack of strategic thinking and innovation. Meanwhile, SNS grows up rapidly, attracts more and more users, and has a big impact on the model of people networking. SNS becomes one new way for communication and many companies including tourist companies start using SNS for marketing, custom services and management, etc.In this article, the author will design one SNS recruitment process for tourist enterprises and interpret why SNS recruitment is one strategic and innovative method for them. Firstly, this article gives a brief introduction to the development history and current situation of SNS, the basic concept/features and communication mechanism of SNS. Secondly, the SNS application into business management of tourist enterprises, the traditional recruitment methods and their challenges, the matching research between tourist enterprises recruitment and SNS. At last, SNS platform selection, experience sharing from SNS recruitment practices of other companies, has designed the whole SNS recruitment process for tourist enterprises.
