Research On Fujian Undertake The Manufacturing Transfer Of Taiwan

Fujian is one of the first open province to Taiwan in the Chinese mainland, and have a long history to cooperate with Taiwan. As the cooperation of both sides enters the ECFA era, the channel west bank economic zone and the Fujian free zone has been set up, the 21 marine silk road started to build, what’s more, the concept of “made in China 2025” has been put forward and implemented, the cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan has entered a new stage. Manufacturing is one of the pillar industry of Fujian economy. However, the light industry and labor-intensive industries are the main component of Fujian’s economy,in contrast, Taiwan has a long history of manufacturing development. Besides, the manufacturing in Taiwan is very competitive in the whole global. Moreover, there are five traditional advantages of Fujian, that is, geographical closing, same blood, culture continuing, business connecting and law fate. In a word, Taiwan has the ability to transfer its manufacturing to Fujian. In addition, Fujian also urgently needs to undertake the transfer of Taiwan in order to improve the manufacturing level and promote the development of the whole economy.In this article, the author done a research about Fujian undertake the manufacturing transfer of Taiwan. Firstly, she researched the literature review of industry transfer in both the domestic country and the foreign country, then she specifically studied the relevant literature review of manufacturing transfer from Taiwan to Fujian.; after that, the author analyzed the current situation and the existed problem of the manufacturing industry in Taiwan and Fujian, in together with the main industrial park of manufacturing in Taiwan and their competitive industries. She also studied necessity and feasibility for the manufacturing transfer from Taiwan to Fujian and made the conclusion that the direct investment from Taiwanese could have a positive effect on the economic growth of the Fujian by using the empirical analysis; Besides, she picked out 8 choice direction to analyze the industry categories which were needed by Fujian, then researched the corresponding undertaking regions andtransfer methods, she made the conclusion that, Fujian should undertake the manufacturing by using the technology investment or transfer from Taiwan, then Fujian should undertake the petrochemical, automobile, electronics, metallurgy, electronic information, new energy, machinery, equipment manufacturing, food processing and building material industries from Taiwan, the following undertaking districts should undertake those industries with the consideration of its own condition, that is, Fuzhou, Amoy, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Sha Zhangquan enclave of Ningde, Pingtan, Putian Park, and Longyan, moreover, the author focused on the research of new energy car industry and LED industry, which were the most representative industries and had the most practical feasibility of the undertaking;finally, she made a conclusion and relevant suggestions.
