Study On The Impact Of The Manufacturing Industry Choice In Hebei Province And The Study Of Undertaking The Transfer Of Manufacturing Industry

The strategy about collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is one of the national strategies.In that background taking research on the impact of the manufacturing industry choice in Hebei province and the problem o f undertaking the transfer of Beijing and Tianjin manufacturing industry has a very strong practical significance.This paper first introduces the relevant theories and methods, including the new structural economics and the theory of new economic geograp hy, and also introduces the empirical methods of spatial econometrics and panel data regression analysis. Then, this paper analyzes the problems in Hebei’s manufacturing industry choice by using the deviation share analysis method and technology selection index, and analyzes the impact of the current manufacturing selection on the economic development of Hebei province with the new structural economics theory and new economic geography wage equation,then uses the empirical data of Hebei province 2003-2012 years to test the relevant theoretical analysis. The results show that the manufacturing industry in Hebei province is in a low labor intensity, which departure from the comparative advantage of labor resources. The manufacturing industry choice restrain the improvement of the industrial structure and level of wages in Hebei province, and it also caused the problems of Hebei’s air pollution.O n this basis, this paper explains the trend and reasons of the transfer of the manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province from the perspective of the new economic geography theory, and use the empirical data of Beijing, Tianjin and hebei province to prove that.The results showed that the level of house prices in Beijing rose rapidly, which makes the manufacturing industry of Beijing transfer to the Hebei province, and the manufacturing industry in Tianjin also transfer to Hebei province due to the higher price level. The manufacturing industry of Beijing and Tianjin is mainly labor intensive industry, and the effective adore the relevant manufacturing industry of Hebei province can correct the deviation of the local manufacturing industry choice with its comparative advantage, and promote the development of local economy. Finally, this article give ad vices to Hebei province about how to undertake the transfer of manufacturing industry and promote the development of local economic.
