In today’s globalized competitive environment, realizing the fact that the individual resources are insufficient, more and more companies are gradually deepening the awareness of the win-win business model. Under the influence of the concept of service-dominate logic, and “value co-creation”(VCC) has attracted the attention of scholars. Based on the research on the VCC by domestic and foreign academics, this paper illustrates some research methods to VCC, and ultimately found that the study about VCC is still in its infancy, most of the research was to explore the concept, and almost all of them was the level in the between companies and individual. To make up this gap, the paper studies the VCC from the enterprise level, and to make research more meaningful, we had introduced innovation performance.First, the paper discussed the VCC from two perspectives, and determined research direction. Combined the features of VCC, we researched on the influence of VCC on innovation performance and partnership quality, and analyze the impact of the partnership quality on innovative performance, based on above, we explore the mediating effect of partnership quality. At last, we introduced service technology and service vision as situational factors to discuss how the VCC will affect innovation performance.The testing of our research model requires data from respondents who are in charge of customer relationship and performance managers in various industries from Shenzhen. Structured questionnaires were designed as the research instrument for our study. All multi-item scales were translated from English using a scientific procedures on a 7-point Likert Scale. 93 valid questionnaires were received from the enterprise of Shenzhen. We used SPSS22.0 to test validity and validity of the data, and then use hierarchical regression to test the six theoretical hypotheses. The result shows: in the background of Chinese enterprise, VCC positively affect the innovation performance and partnership quality, partnership quality positively affect innovation performance, partnership quality mediates the relationship between VCC and cooperation innovation performance, the more complex of service technology, the weaker the relationship between VCC and cooperation innovation performance, and service vision was not moderating. At last, the research results were discussed.
