In recent years,under the background of economic globalization,foreign direct investment(FDI) as the main form of capital flow,the flow rate between countries in the world is increasingly accelerated, and its scale expands rapidly,what’s more,it involves more fields to invest.The real estate market becomes a hot spot of foreign direct investment,because it has high returns on capital investment.The real estate industry FDI can bring advanced technology and management experience for our country.However,A large number of real estate industry FDI not only can brings the beneficial effects of technology,management and other aspects,but also can lead to increase in prices and weakening dominance of domestic real estate industry.For example,some speculative FDI in the form of investment flows rapidly in our country real estate market,is easy to cause the financial crisis of the real estate industry,and even spread to the whole macro economy.The real estate industry as a pillar industry of our country,is closely related to economic development and people’s life,therefore, The empirical research on the impact about our country’s real estate industry has a very strong practical significance.This article about the real estate industry empirical study,just mainly for FDI in real estate industry in our country, which can be called the real estate FDI to our country.This study begins with using SPSS17.0 software to inspect the index,to make the index system more reasonable,and then, it selects the relevant data between 2003 and 2013 about the national and eleven provinces,and carries on the research.It is concluded that China’s real estate industry distribution of FDI is the same with FDI and economic development situation,presenting a structure as the east higher then west,but the central and western regions of the real estate industry FDI has more input redundancy compared with the eastern region,it shows that the distribution of China’s real estate industry is not only determined by FDI policy guidance, but also more depends on the regional development, the central and western regions should strengthen its building,create investment condition, strengthen the FDI absorption capacity,reduce differences with the eastern region.In addition,the eastern part of the real estate industry FDI has a stronger control ability of its capital which have certain unfavorable effects on the smooth development of the real estate industry.At last,more pertinent policy Suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results.
