With the e-government projects developed in some province,the level of government affairs information also constantly improved,government departments have collected more and more information about the information of the industry’s development.A Province have clearly put forward the slogan that development industrial province to achieve catch-up,The development of the high-tech industry as the province’s focus of industrialization. Following the upcoming of “Thirteen five”plan,what will be the wholeprovince’s High-techindustry’s development trend like in the future、what kind of High-tech industry should develop 、 how to optimize the industrial structure,as the most concerned issue in our Government Department. Therefore, The governmentisnolonger meet theeconomic development indicators of high technology industry data their grasped, expect to find the rule of industry development according to the statistical data. Data mining techniques offers a number of effective methods for people to find interesting rule in a large amount of data. According to the high-tech industry development present situation and the needs of government departments, this paper uses the DM technique to study economic development index of high-tech industry. This paper main made the following research work:(1)Based on the government department’s needs to grasp the future development trend of high-tech industry, Combined with data mining technique and proposed a economic forecasting system,to provide the scientificbasis for government department’sindustrialplanning,investment decision,optimize industrial structure.(2) Applying data cube technology to create a modeling using the province’s high-tech industry development’s economic data,using OLAP technology to analysis the related data, summed up the main industry which affecting the high-tech industry development in recent years.(3)This paper establish a combination forecastingmodel for high-te ch industry output value predict, anduse the high-tech industry developm ent economic data in a province to predict simulation. The analysis sho w the combination forecasting model is significance in practice.
