A Research On Evaluation And Warning Of Coordinated Development Of Economy And Environment In Guizhou Province

In recent years, the effect of environment on the development of economic has been obviously with the continuous development of the economy, and the environment problem has aroused many people’s attention.How to achieve the effective development of economy, at the same time, reducing the environmental pollution and the destruction of ecological, which will control the influence that the development of economic effect on the conditions of the environment in the affordable range, so that the economy will get sustainable development and the environmental conditions will be improved, this topic has become the main one which people concern.Guizhou Province is one of the key provinces of western development, the rapid development of the economy is likely to be significant damage to the environment, so the study of regional economy in Guizhou province and the coordinated development of economy and environment has an important practical significance to sustainable economic development in Guizhou province,even to the implementation of the western development strategy.This paper describes the origin and evolution of the theory about coordination development of economy and environment, introduces the characteristics and basic theory of the coordination development of economy and environment; Basing on the analysis of regional economic development of Guizhou province and the present situation of the environment, we construct the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of economy and environment, and use AHP to make a comprehensive evaluation on the development status of Guizhou province in recent years, get the comprehensive score of regional economic system and the comprehensive score of environmental system of Guizhou province, then we use the coordination model of regional economic development and environmental development of Guizhou Province and the coordinated development degree model of environment to evaluate the development status of the economic and environmental coordinated development of Guizhou Province, then use the dolinear regression to analysis the economic system comprehensive score and comprehensive score system of Guizhou province from 2005 to 2013, predicting of the coordination model and the coordinated development degree model of the regional economic development and environmental development of Guizhou Province in 2014 and 2015; warning the regional economic development and environmental development of Guizhou Province in 2014 and 2015 by early warning model, it has certain practical significance.
