From the perspective of knowledge, the Measurement standard of University-Industry Collaborative innovation is the partners knowledge transfer and diffusion, knowledge learning,knowledge learning and intellectual property rights(ipr) protection. Existing studies have attention the impact of intellectual property, industry characteristics, subject features as well as the organization and individual to University-Industry Collaborative innovation knowledge transfer model, also the related intellectual property rights protection mechanism were discussed. But different goal orientation of production-study-research cooperation learning and knowledge creation, across the organization learning, intellectual property rights conflict and risk was not given the attention they deserve, Make the related theory appears full and rich enough. In fact, University-Industry Collaborative is across organizational learning process, but have a great deal of difference between organizational learning within enterprises. As a heterogeneous organization, University-Industry Collaborative has its unique characteristics. Inter-organizational learning effects of University-Industry Collaborative is a function of multiple variables, such as partners intentions of learning, learning ability, the possibility of learning, etc. In order to solve the production from the perspective of across organizational learning problems, effectively identify the influencing factors of production, organization learning is especially important.Based on the perspective of partner heterogeneity, in order to explore the heterogeneity in University-Industry Collaborative partners’ innovation performance, you first need to production partners heterogeneous dimensions for the division. In this article, through the analysis of the literature could be divided into knowledge heterogeneity heterogeneity, relationship between heterogeneity and the heterogeneity of concept of three dimensions. Next, put forward in this paper, the conceptual model and research hypothesis, based on 113 samples of cooperative enterprise of data on the concept model and hypothesis test(SEM), has formed the following conclusions:(1) the relation between knowledge heterogeneity, heterogeneity of enterprise cooperative innovation performance have positive influence.(2) the concept of heterogeneity for enterprise cooperative innovation performance is not significant.(3) the concept of exploratory study and open learning in heterogeneity and enterprise cooperative innovation performance play a fully mediating role between the partial intermediary role in the knowledge heterogeneity and the heterogeneity of relationship.Therefore, before the University-Industry Collaborative, need to carefully select partners, from the point of view of knowledge heterogeneity, need to seek potential difference within a certain range of knowledge and research, and at the party should have complementary resources, enterprises need rather than looking for comprehensive ranking high universities or research institutions to cooperate. From the relationship between heterogeneity in manufacture-learning-research cooperation open, how to effectively keep good relationship and at parties, becomes even more important. To trust each other in the cooperation, sharing a complete real information, but also need to perform in the cooperation together. From the concept of heterogeneity, avoid the negative effects of the difference of ideas for cooperation, and need to learn from the conception of difference to accelerate the speed of innovation.
