This analysis for the function of the economic development of the region through capital market, providing important valuable reference for speeding up the regional industrial structure adjustment.In this paper, the first chapter is introduction, brief introduce the listing corporation to raise to the upgrading of the industrial structure, area of the context,significance, the second is to review the literatureon, finally lists the research framework.The second chapter is important, theoretical and support basis of the empirical research part. First, introduce the concept and the upgrading of the industrial structure theory and financing theory of industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the concept, to raise funds; then introduce the mechanism and function.The third, fourth and fifth chapter is introducing the current situation of industrial structure and the status of listing corporation. And then analyze the listing corporation to raise funds for the research on the influence of the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,using the "first overall,then local" method. Analysis of total financing, equity financing, bond financing,internal financing on the upgrading of the industrial structure effect.
