| The construction industry is in constant development in recent years, there has been a large number of construction enterprises. The market competition is pricking up, but the cost of the construction enterprise remains high. The level of cost management as the key of project management, which is an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises and a key factor of sustainable development of construction enterprises, has attracted more and more concern. EPC is the general contracting mode of a construction project at this stage of the domestic popular, which has the design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The general contractor is responsible for the project quality, safety, schedule, cost etc, EPC is also a oriented whole process oriented of management mode, the application of EPC model has brought an opportunity for construction enterprises to carry out supply chain management. Supply chain management, a kind of advanced management ideas, originated fromthe manufacturing industry. Applying the supply chain theory to the construction, reconstruct thesupply chain of construction enterprises and make construction enterprises to obtain higher profits.This thesis based on the EPC model, is building supply chain which is with the general contractor as the core enterprise and analysising its cost control. First of all, this paper describes the construction project and analyzes the various stages of EPC mode, and sets up the construction supply chain under the mode of EPC in order to pave the way for the supply chain cost control below the building construction industry. Then it analyzes the cost control of construction supply chain under the mode of EPC from the definition of EPC mode of construction supply chain cost, cost structure, cost driver analysis, cost control theory to the cost control system to establish a cost control system based on the comprehensive budget management theory, control the construction cost of the supply chain effectively by means of the optimal lead time, network analysis, decision tree, game theory and AHP fuzzy evaluation methods. Finally, it uses a EPC project of A enterprise as an example which using the cost control system to control the construction cost of the supply chain, evaluating the results to prove it is feasible and putting forward suggestions for improvement, to provide the basis for the study of supply chain cost control of construction under the mode of EPC. |
