Research On The Reengineering Of Shipping Regulation Customs In Cangzhou Customs

With the increasingly rapid economic and social development in our country, shipping as the main means of transport of goods plays an increasingly important role in international trade. CangZhou customs as a port customs, more than 90% of its main supervision business is the regulation of the ship. How to improve customs clearance efficiency on the premise of guaranteeing regulation, become the problem which must be solved.Process reengineering theory is an international popular management theory, which has important guidance and practical significance for solving the above problem. This thesis mainly studies how to use the process reengineering theory to guide the process reengineering of’ shipping regulation of CangZhou customs.Taking present situation of CangZhou customs shipping regulation as background, this thesis analyzes the current process of shipping regulation of CangZhou customs, summarizes existing problems and contradictions, and according to the theory of process reengineering, puts forward the reconstruction method and some concrete measures to ensure effective implementation of the construction business.
