Urbanization is the trend of the human social development, is also the route one must take the realization of modernization. From the foreign industry development history, this period is the land was occupied by a large number of times, is the surge in land problems and contradictions during the period of. At present, China is in the urbanization development stage, with the accelerating period of China’s economic development into the city modernization and urbanization, the demand for land, the local government’s rapid expansion, land acquisition speed increased year by year, the expropriation of rural land to a certain extent, is the objective requirement of city of rapid urbanization in China, the development stage of urbanization, but at this stage, emerge in an endless stream for land acquisition process caused all kinds of farmer rights events, the expropriation of rural land conflict has become one of the main social contradictions and problems of our most. How to guarantee the inevitable landless farmers in the process of urbanization in China’s land rights and interests, is an important problem needed solved, for farmers resettlement should not be a simple economic compensation, should consider the long-term survival of the right to development, how to protect the peasant.This study mainly with the grass-roots governments met in the actual land acquisition process problems and situation, using literature and on the spot investigation node as the research foundation, an example to explore how to China can take the long life to ensure the rapid development of economy and the landless peasants at the present stage of rapid development of urbanization and urbanization in Shanxi province* township. Through analyzing the reasons and trying to put forward the countermeasures, providing targeted and feasible suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part, introduction, outlines the research background, significance, domestic and foreign about to protect the rights of landless peasants research review, research content and research methods; the second part elaborated the present situation of peasants’ rights and interests in the process of urbanization; combination of theory research and practical investigation and analysis of existing security of rights and interests of landless peasants in the process of urbanization the problems and the cause part third; the fourth part; put forward counter-measures; the fifth part is a conclusion.Through the analysis of the status quo and the causes of peasants’rights and interests, the combination of urbanization is actual, solve the problem of protection of the rights of landless peasants in the process of urbanization according to the actual situation, analysis of the interest subjects, puts forward the reform measures, including reform the existing land requisition system, property rights system and social security system, not only to guarantee the government on the demand for land for industrial construction, in the land acquisition process of urbanization but also take into account the protection of the interests of landless peasants.The problem of farmers’ land rights and interests perplexing, about how to protect the peasant especially landless peasants land rights and interests, many scholars have conducted research and made great achievements, this thesis takes an industrializing development of the town as a case, aims at some specific data and examples, puts forward some personal views, with farmers interests, to realize the urbanization development and guarantee the peasants rights and interests conflict minimization.
