Study On The Protection Of Rights And Interests In The Process Of Urbanization Of Land-lost Farmers

With increasingly urbanization more and more agricultural land has been expropriated. To assure the farmers living, urbanization was advanced in some places. It is a valuable study topic that how can we do to let them share same power and interest with citizens and changing their identity from land-lost farmers to urban resident.In the first part of this thesis, we will analysis the land-lost farmers needs in every step during the urbanization process base on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. It is easy to find that their needs for power and interests are incremental loaded at different steps. In the second part, we will comprehensive analysis their needs for power and interests on the basic of human rights theory in three aspects: the right to live, development right and social security right. In the mean time, the status of their lawsuit will also be gotten good knowledge of. In the end, we will take Tianjin suburb as an example, using the method of questionnaire to know their satisfied level on employment, living, essential power and mentality attitude. AHP will be adopted during the questionnaire in professors. Then we will use the software yaahp7.5 to calculate the weights of each parts. After that we will use the fuzzy evaluation method to estimate the degree of urbanization in Tianjin suburb. As a result we find that their urbanization level is not high. However the level is not balanced in different people with distinct low quality and not good mentality attitude feature. Take all above into consideration, this thesis will discuss the reason for existing problems in urbanization process in three angle, government, person and society. And the discussion will combine the theory of inclusive development. Then we will provide possible solutions and ways to improve civilization degree of the land lost farmers form four aspects: policy, government’s guidance, social environment and personal aspect. The last but not the least we will summary the conclusion as well as the purpose of this thesis: now the civilization degree of land-lost farmers is still in the initial stage with very low level. To achieve the high stage we need to perfect the relevant policy, set up good social environment, encourage people to active take part in.
