In recent years, a growing economic and social development is reflected in the scientific and technological progress and innovation, technological innovation is more and more important in enterprises, it has become the enterprise survival and development of the core competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. Organizational form of the team as a unit of the enterprise is widely used by two or more employees to specific goals and a team of well sorted improve the efficiency of enterprises. Among members within the team how to better coordination and communication to make the team better accomplish the goal has become a hot research team. Especially in the project team with a high degree of complexity, because among its members have different professional backgrounds, familiarity with each other is not the same team is not likely to lead to a better target. Team interactive memory system as a knowledge integration process. In knowledge management, interactive memory system allows team members to understand what the other members of the good. Problems encountered can find suitable members to solve, to give full play to the purpose of personal expertise. Thereby improving performance while we all know, personal feelings can affect individual attitudes and behavior. Team emotions can also affect the behavior and attitudes of team members, thus affecting the performance of the team members. And will affect the job performance of the team, in this paper, we focus on the impact of climate on team performance team’s mood. Emotional atmosphere of the team is a shared emotion recognition, it can affect the team staff consciousness, behavior is actively cooperating with others, it can also affect the mood of employees, job satisfaction, team performance, etc. This article is intended to interact through an intermediary role in the memory system to understand the emotional atmosphere of the team for team performance impact mechanism.The main purpose of this paper is to study whether the effects of TMS mediation team mood and team performance significantly. Previous studies focused on the team mood in the team to explore what emotions(positive and negative emotions team team mood) how influence team performance and the impact of what specific aspects of team performance, a large number of studies have shown that positive emotions can enhance team members team feel good, increase job satisfaction. Here we explore the emotional atmosphere of the team affect team performance mechanisms, this paper is presented in summary interactive memory system on the basis of the findings of the past if the team plays an intermediary role between mood and team performance assumptions.In this paper, fill in the online pages, e-mail, for a total of 52 team members, Xi’an, Shenzhen and other places a number of enterprises and institutions issued a questionnaire survey.
