With complicated enterprise survival environment, enterprises of different industries are increasingly pay attention to the supply chain management in order to obtain greater benefits. And supply chain collaboration is the new way of supply chain management. To adapt to the complex environment of supply chain and to achieve the overall objective of supply chain, supply chain partners should establish consistent strategic target, pay attention to long-term cooperation and the synchronization operation. Information sharing is the foundation of supply chain management, but information sharing is not very urgent in practice between supply chain partners and the improvement after information sharing is not obvious. Can information sharing affect enterprise performance? Can supply chain collaboration promote information sharing between the node enterprises of supply chain? And the related issues are worthy of our in-depth discussion supply chain collaboration can promote between the node enterprises of supply chain information sharing. These are all worthy of our in-depth discussion, so the research of the relationship of the information sharing, supply chain collaboration and enterprise performance has very important significance. We hope to provide a new way out for supply chain management.This paper focuses on the effect mechanism of information sharing, supply chain collaboration and operational performance. Firstly setting out the elaborated research background and summarization about the relative research at home and abroad have been made, on the basic of which pointed out the model of the relationship between information sharing, supply chain collaboration and operation performance. The object of this study is the manufacturing enterprises, using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 as software tool to make the structural equation model to verify the proposed research hypotheses. The results show that the quality of information sharing have the significantly positive impact on the content of information sharing; technology of information sharing have the significantly positive impact both on the content of information sharing and the quality of information sharing; information sharing have significant positive influence on supply chain collaboration; supply chain collaboration have significant impact on operation performance; information sharing affect operation performance through supply chain coordination. Finally, according to the results of the empirical research, the enterprises should pay attention to the status of information sharing in supply chain management and should pay attention to supply chain collaboration to improve enterprise performance. This research enriches the theory of supply chain management and provides the certain enlightenment for the enterprise to improve supply chain management.
