Supply chain information sharing will ehance the competitive advantage of the whole supply chain, which has become the popular behavior among enterprises in supply chain. Supply chain mamgement concept points that the estabilishment of inter-organizational relationships can make enterprises in the supply chain break in the organizational boundaries, reduce unnecessary waste, deliver relevant information timely with closer cooperation, to obtain advantage that any single organization can’t get. Supply chain collaboration is the core issue of the supply chain mamgement, supply chain information sharing and inter-organizational relationships play a very important role in it, then, how is the relationship between inter-organizational relationships, supply chain information sharing and supply chain collaboration. In particular, when regards inter-organizational relationships as a resource, focuses on the effects of inter-organizational relationships on the supply chain information sharing and collaboration.Based on the literatures reviewing about inter-organizational relationships, supply chain information sharing and collaboration, and based on the theoretical perspective of resource-based view, relational governance and value-based relationships, In the manufacturing industry for the study, this article developed the model inter-organizational relationships supply chain information sharing and supply chain collaboration, measured inter-organizational relationships with relational benefits and relational risks, discessed the effects of relational benefits and relatioal risks on supply chain information sharing and collaboration respectively, but focused on the relational benefits; devided supply chain information sharing into information shairng with supplier, within the enterprise, with customer, explored the effect of internal information sharing on the across organizational information sharing and the effect of inter-organizational relational benefits and supply chain information sharing on supply chain collaboration. According to the theoretical model, empirical research was conducted with scale design and data collection, and used SPSS 17.0, combination of reliability calculations and Lisrel8.7 statistical software to analysis reliability, validity and structural equation model to verification of all hypothesis. Furthermore, reasonable explanation and appropriate management inspiration according to the verification results. The results as follows:inter-organizational relationships as a key resource, the benefits which brings can effectively promote the supply chain information sharing and its importance is far greater than the risk of the organization brought the process of cooperation; the risk of inter-organizational relationships in the supply chain process of cooperation has not been taken seriously; internal information sharing behavior positively affects cross-organizational information sharing; supply chain information sharing has a positive impact on supply chain collaboration, however, the effect of internal information sharing on supply chain collaboration is higher than the cross-organizational information sharing’s effect. Therefore, we suggest that the members of the manufactureing supply chain:supply chain collaborative process must to pay attention to the maintenance of inter-organizational relationships, with conscious, goal and plan at the long-term vision for inter-organizational relationships exchange sincerely; to be mutual trust among supply chain partners, ruduce psychological preparedness to break the bottleneck of supply chain information systems due to the "guanxi"; each member enterprises must increase investment in information systems within the enterprise, ready for supply chain information sharing. The development of supply chain collaboration is inseparable from advanced information-sharing technology, each member enterprises must joint supply chain partners to develop supply chain information sharing technology actively.
