In 2014, the city’s animal husbandry fishery output value achieved 43.78 billion RMB. The research on the logistics of fresh agricultural products of Zhangjiakou has a profound theoretical significance and practical value. Through the introduction of vegetable, fruit, milk products and the development of meat products logistics of Zhangjiakou City, the logistics infrastructure, logistics management and logistics technology which restrict its development are analyzed. The goal of building the logistics system of fresh agricultural products in Zhangjiakou city is defined, and its architecture is constructed from three aspects: logistics infrastructure platform, logistics information platform and logistics policy guarantee platform.
