Study On The Rural Informationization Construction In Taian

With rapid development of science and technology, economy, information, culture and other content are in deep integration. Rural informatization is playing more essential role in promoting village economy and improving the cultural life of villagers. The development of rural informatization has become an important benchmark of country’s or region’s level of development on village’s economy and society。China is a big agricultural country with large agricultural population, agriculture is the key point of national economic development, social harmony and stability. With the progress of new rural construction, China’s rural informatization construction is changing tremendously, the construction of rural information in improving the quality of the villagers, the promotion of agricultural production and the development of rural social affairs etc.I took Taian’s rural informatization construction as the research object, and found out that the construction is a large project which is long-term, complex and closely relevant to the villagers production and life. This paper tries to find out the problems in the development of rural informatization construction in Taian city, analyze the reasons and put forward some feasible and reasonable suggestions,hoping to bring positive effect in promoting the development of rural informatization in Taian.First of all, in order to understand the real status of Taian’s countryside informatization construction and pave the way for further study, I took research in partial county urban district of Taian City to know about the present status, issued questionnaires in a certain range to obtained the first-hand data, and analyzed what I’ve seen on the way of my research as well as the questionnaires.Secondly, through combining the rural informatization construction experience and achievement of countries like the United States, Japan, France, Germany, India, the domestic information technology construction, information evaluation system and solutions scheme with Nolan model, public goods theory,demand gradation theory, sustainable development theory and other theoretical model, using standardized research and empirical research methods, I got my own idea of relevant concepts on the informatization and rural informatization construction. I also made analysis and summary on the status of Taian’s rural informatization construction. Through the analysis, I come up with the conclusion that with the joint efforts of Taian municipal government departments, social forces, village organization, villagers, Taian’s information infrastructure has almost been finished. Through introducing Taishan happy e home, Daiyue Taobao village etc, emphasizing the achievements or efforts of Taian’s rural informatization construction,analyzing the questionnaires and research situation, I have draw the conclusion that there still exist problems such as information service last mile, the new media propaganda is not in-depth, the villagers are on low level of cognition on information technology, coordination mechanism is not perfect etc.Finally, through the research on the construction of rural informatization in Taian, it is found that in order to solve the problem in the process of construction, the government departments should hold the overall situation through a macroscopic view, establish detailed and far-reaching plan, improve thefunction of new media especially the information platform in rural areas, and strengthen the cultivation of rural professional talents, not only to introduce and detain information talents, but also to make village organization and villagers the main role of rural informatization construction in rural areas. If Taian city wants to develop rural informatization better and faster, it is necessary to consider the real status of Taian’s development. The major role and initiative of the villagers in the construction of rural informatization must be fully integrated, coordinated and sustainable development must be persisted.Finally, I hopes that my research and personal opinions can play a positive role in the development of Taian’s rural informatization.
