Study On Construction Of The Rural Minimum Living Security System In Taian City

As the social assistance of "bottom line" and"the last safety net"for the poor, the rural minimum living security system can address the difficulties lying in poor people's life timely and directly. This paper searches lots of literature collection, grasps the current domestic and international research and achievements on the situation of minimum living security system, clears the interrelated concepts of rural minimum living security system. Firstly expounds the significance and background of research on rural minimum living security system. Based on the checked relevant data at home and abroad, summarizing the theoretical knowledge, this paper clears the definite content and method. Then it studies the situation of minimum living security system construction of typical countries through the elaboration on the support theories, and builds and improve China's rural minimum living standard drawing on their experiences.
