It is through the selection of goods, processing, packaging, segmentation, matching and other groups to carry out scientific management, can improve the inventory turnover rate, reduce the loss of goods, accelerate the circulation of goods and reduce enterprise logistics costs. However, the development of logistics distribution in China is not very mature at this stage, the core function of distribution service is difficult to play, and the service quality is not high, and the evaluation index system of service quality is lack, these have caused a lot of obstacles to the development of distribution center. Therefore, the research of this thesis is helpful to the effective identification of customer needs in the distribution center, improve the quality of delivery service, so that enterprises can get more competitive advantage and economic benefits.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign logistics service quality related research results, this paper introduces the theory of logistics service quality of the distribution center, the basic situation of S distribution center and logistics service quality status, according to the service contents of S distribution center, the reference logistics service related specification, the S distribution center logistics service quality evaluation index system is constructed; The distribution center logistics service quality evaluation model based on rough set and grey theory is constructed by combining rough set and grey theory; Taking S distribution center as an example, the quality of logistics service quality evaluation is carried out, and the improvement strategy is put forward.
