| As a result of the competition between separate enterprises is becoming the one between supply chains, logistics service is playing a more and more important role in market competition. Distribution center is a significant node that connects upstream and downstream in supply chain, which can improve circulation efficiency obviously. It is an important question that the whole supply chain operation efficiency can be improved by enhancing logistics service capability of distribution center in supply chain management.This paper puts forward definition of distribution center logistics services capability, which is composed by visible and invisible factors, from service content of distribution center and logistics service capability. Evaluation index system of distribution center logistics service capability is established by analyzing the elements of the two factors. Suitable evaluation method is found and distribution center logistics service capability evaluation model is established by the advantages and disadvantages analysis of common single evaluation method. Finally, the application of the model is proved by case analysis. An optimization scheme of logistics service capability is raised for the distribution center. |
