Human resource has the characteristics of scarcity, non substitution and non repeatability, and it is the source of the enterprise’s core sustainable competitive advantage. In the era of knowledge economy, how to make full use of the most active factor of production, which is human resource, is the key to achieving the group’s strategy. And the process is inseparable from the support of a perfect human resource training system. The training of human resources is not only an important way to maximize the value of employees, but also an important guarantee to attract qualified personnel and realize the strategic goals of the enterprise.Researches show that human resource training can bring in sustained growing return and the return is much greater than the investment. As an important way to improve the overall quality of the staff and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises under the fierce competitive environment, human resource training has gained enough attention of the top managers. Now the management of human resource training in Inspur Group has been gradually standardized. But as a huge group with 31 regional subsidiaries,6 vertical industry department and 11 industries, Inspur Group hasn’t reached the expected effect in human resource training. There are many problems exist which affect the realization of the strategy of the group negatively. These problems are closely related to the imperfection of human resource training management system in Inspur Group. Given this, this thesis will analyze and perfect the human resource training management system in Inspur Group, so it can make a difference in enhancing the role of humans.This thesis mainly uses the literature analysis method and the interview research method to do the research on the human resources training management optimization in Inspur Group. This research first review the theoretical basis and connotation, the control points and collaborative points, the contents of human resource training in enterprise group. Then it analyzes the status of human resources training in Inspur Group through actual interview of the department of human resource management and staff in the group and the subsidiaries to, which can help to clear the existing problems in human resources training of Inspur Group. After analyzing the causes of these problems, this research puts forward some measures and suggestions from the perspective of training requirements survey, trainees determination and classification, training content design, training method selection, training cost budget and control, training evaluation and feedback for the optimization design of human resources training management in Inspur Group based on the overall concept of group human resources training. At the same time, the optimization of human resource training management in Inspur Group is supported by various factors. Finally, the research puts forward the safeguard measures for the optimization of human resource training management, such as clearing the responsibilities of the group and the subsidiaries in human resource training, strengthening the coordination of human resource training management in the group, improving the training system, construction of learning organization environment, enriching the teaching staff.This research can provide support and reference for the development and improvement of the group human resource management theory, which can help the group to improve its human resource management system and enhance the competitive advantage of the group. It is beneficial to the development and utilization of human resources and the development of human resource management. |
