| Coal lies in an absolutely main location in the primary energy structure in our country. Generally speaking, coal mine production in our country is at a stage of extensive economic growth which has high input, high energy consumption, low output, and low returns, and safety problem is serious and mine disasters happen frequently. Recently, due to the high attention and strong guidance from the Party Central Committee and the State Council, coal mine safety production situation has improved stably with concerted effort from all aspects. However, because coal mine safety basis is poor, major accidents frequently happen and the lesson is painful.It is the main task of the current coal mine enterprise to guarantee the safe production of coal mining enterprises, to ensure the safety of miners’ life, improve the miners’ safety awareness and safety operation ability, and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. This paper uses the advanced safety management theory with Yuncheng coal mine as the research object to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the mine safety management, and put forward the safety management system with the pertinence and stronger operation based on hazard identification, prevention of hidden danger as the core, with emphasis on the standardized operation. This paper designs an implementation of the corresponding management application process, and forms "two cards and a table" through Kiken yochi training (KYT), completing a new characteristic safety management model which has substantial content, refined standards and longitudinal extension. It realizes the development and extension of the overall management efficiency of the mine, and firms mine production safety situation, hoping to play a positive role in promoting safety management of the domestic coal industry. |
