The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of our national economy, is the combination of traditional and modern industry. It plays an important role in the protection and promotion of people’s health and quality of life, the family planning, the disaster prevention, the military readiness and the promotion of the economic development and social progress. With the rapid development of China’s market economy and the continuous improvement, the presented new medical reform policy, the new GMP and GSP, More and more intensive competition in the field of medicine circulation, promotes structural adjustment and the business model of the pharmaceutical distribution system of the modern, intelligent process, accelerates the development of modernization, scale, intelligent, intensification of Chinese medicine circulation, and improves human health and social economic benefits.JZT Group is a large enterprise group with drugs, medical devices, and biological products, health care products wholesale, retail chain, pharmaceutical production and R&D and related value-added services as it’s core business, is one of two companies with a nationwide network in Pharmaceutical distribution areas, It has ranked the forefront of China pharmaceutical commercial enterprises for many years,and it is the No.1 of the Chinese private pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, short listed the top 500 Chinese Enterprises. And in November 2,2010 it is listed on the Shanghai stock exchange, is in the leading position in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. But with so many competitors continuously to join and the latest version of the enforcement of the GSP, It bring the new challenges and opportunities of development to JZT. Due to the specific requirements for the new GSP in behavioral norms and hardware, through the scientific formulation and implementation of effective enterprise competition strategy based according to the internal and external environment analysis of JZT Group, It’s quite important to JZT to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce competition, and has a practical significance to the sustained development constantly.Firstly, the related theories of enterprise management, namely the enterprise competition theory are summarized and analyzed, and puts forward some methods and ideas of this research, and then the article mainly discussed in four dimensions, JZT Group’s internal and external environmental analysis, the current environment of competition strategy analysis and choice, as well as the implementation and safeguard of the competition strategy.In the analysis of the external environment of JZT Group, mainly the application of PEST (macro environment analysis method) and the Potter five forces model (micro environmental analysis method) are effectively used. In the internal analysis, mainly through the JZT Group’s organization structure, human resources, enterprise culture, financial status, marketing, quality management, logistics management and other aspects and find out the JZT Group’s strengths and weaknesses to make and choose the competition strategy. In the formulation and selection process, through the main application of SWOT strategic analysis tools, it is thought that the strategy of low cost strategy based on the difference is JZT Group’s best strategy at present to maintain or get greater competitiveness, Finally it puts forward the corresponding security measures for implementing the competition strategy, to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, to realize the enterprise’s sustainable development goal.
