Core talents with excellent professional technology and laudable professional virtue are the key elements of enterprise development.Employees with outstanding performance and employees who cannot meet expectation are both exist in company,thus the former can make up for the latter.All in all,the core talents who master the key knowledge and technology of the enterprise are powerful weapons for company.Boosting the core staffs' loyalty and avoiding job-hopping are necessary ways to develop the advantage of enterprise.In recent years,competitions of the core talents between enterprises have become increasingly fierce at both domestic and abroad.To improve even substantially increase company's achievement,hiring core talents and making them stable is the key.How to recruit core talents and let them be stable? Corporate managers are all in agreement with taking effective incentive policy which can motivate core staff's enthusiasm and potential.This paper will focus on the influence of the incentive policies on core talents.It will take Jin chuan branch as an example to carry on the practical exploration.This paper focus on the current incentive policies,existing problems and relevant policies in Jinchuan company.All discussions are based on theories of core staff incentive mechanism and cases of typical company at home and abroad.Many deficiencies in the incentive policies of J company are found after investigation.They are mainly summarized as the following points: weakness of salary incentive policy,a lack of enthusiasm in core staffs,incomplete performance appraisal system such as attendance rate and business level system that can't point out the existing problems of employees.Company neglects core staffs' growth and didn't point out their direction and individual development.The incentive policies are below expectation and guarantee system is not perfect as well.There are many factors lead to these problems.The main reason is that the rule setters are too conservative,unfair and lack strategic thinking.Establishment of effective and perfect incentive policies is the key factor for enterprises to improve their performance and stabilize core talents.A few solutions considered the lack of performance appraisal system in company J are presented in this paper.Company should consider the pertinence when draft the performance appraisal system.System of salary allotment should take rationality of distribution and career development of core talents into consideration.The problems existing in the company's incentive policies are prevalent in the mining industry.Results of this paper are valuable for companies to complete excitation mechanism and achieve healthy sustainable development.
