Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the global economy,two powerful new members have appeared in the capital market,namely,knowledge capital and talent capital,and human capital has also jumped to the top instantly.The competition among human capital has already covered the competition among enterprises.“Talented people win the world”,all enterprises are facing the challenge of human resource management under the new situation,and the construction and management of core staff in human resource management of enterprises is more important.Therefore,the primary problem for enterprises is how to effectively motivate core employees.In recent years,as a private new energy enterprise,Shanxi HX company has been developing continuously with the rapid development of new energy industry.However,more and more management problems have emerged,especially the management of core employees.Which is extremely prominent,mainly manifested in low creativity and enthusiasm,passive waiting for work,poor work efficiency and serious enterprise internal friction,moreover difficult attracting of core talent and high turnover rate of core staff and so on.In the form of interview and questionnaire,this study takes HX Company as the object for research and comprehensive discussion,deeply gets to know the problems existing in core employee motivation of HX Company,and combined with relevant theory and experience,for HX core employee incentives were designed and optimized.At the same time,considering the combination of spiritual and material incentives premise condition,from the compensation system,welfare system and equity incentive,career development,corporate culture,in the original HX company incentive mechanism on the comprehensive optimization,help HX company to realize the core of the short-term and long-term incentive employees,improve the core staff's work enthusiasm and sense of belonging,stimulate the creativity of core employees,help enterprises to improve competitiveness in the market,cultivate the loyalty of core employees,and help the sustainable development of the company's steady development.Strengthen the personal development of the core employees and the development of the company to achieve a common progress and achieve a true win-win situation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the implementation of the article,we also developed safeguards that meet the characteristics of HX.
