:A large number of empirical studies show that high performance work system can impact on enterprise performance at home and abroad, but the academic circles have not been a consistent conclusion for mechanism of high performance work systems on the performance of enterprises. What variables is High performance work systems the impact on business performance through? What is the effect on business performance? What are the key mediator and construct in the relationship between high performance work systems and corporate performance? These problems have not had a clear answer. American scholar Wright, Gardner, Becker&Gerhart put forward the famous "black box", which is that study the mechanism research between high performance work systems and corporate performance is still the "black box"(Jaap Paauwe,2009). Then, we need identify "more factors in black box" to enrich the existing theory on the basis of previous research (Su Zhongxing,2010). In addition, the existing research mostly focused on business and industry that has a relatively stable technical environment.(e.g. manufacturing) than high-tech enterprises. As a result, the existing research could not provide powerful guidance for high performance work systems of study on high-tech enterprises in our country and the mechanism of enterprise performance in the dynamic environment.Based on the above research significance,the review of past research and China’s actual situation, in order to meet the research conclusion of the development of high and new technology enterprise,we study the relationship between high performance work system, knowledge sharing, market performance, Orgnizational performance and innovation performance. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this study put forward four main assumptions,10sub-assumptions. In order to effectively research hypothesis, based on252valid questionnaires, this paper use SPSS19.0statistical software to process statistical data, such as factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis to investigate the theoretical model of the causal relationship between the variables. The conclusions are as follows:First, In high and new technology enterprise, high performance work system has a significant impact on market performance,organizational performance and innovation performance; Second, In high and new technology enterprise,high performance work system has a significant impact on employees’ knowledge sharing behavior;Third,In high and new technology enterprise, employees’ knowledge sharing has a significant impact on market performance, organizational performance and innovation performance;Fourth,In high and new technology enterprise, employees’ knowledge sharing can not intermediate the relationship between high performance work system and market performance; Fifth,In high and new technology enterprise, employees’ knowledge sharing can intermediate the relationship between high performance work system and organizational performance; Sixth,In high and new technology enterprise, Knowledge sharing plays a intermediary role betwween high performance work system and innovation performance, but the intermediary effect is not significant.
