Research On Countermeasure Of Logistics Developing Strategies For Fruit And Vegetable In Hebei Province

The production and management of agricultural products in Hebei Province are conducted mainly by the scattered farmers. Small scale, the lack of modern fruit and vegetable farming, logistics and marketing skills, poor management bears a greater risk on market. Especially in the circulation, due to the logistics management of agricultural products in Hebei Province is undeveloped; it is difficult to increase the price of fruits and vegetables as well as the income of farmers. Therefore, the logistics of agricultural products in Hebei Province should be studied in order to promote its logistics level.In this paper, the author conducts a case study of the logistics of fruit and vegetable in Hebei Province in order to improve the developing strategy of logistics for agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables. Firstly, in this paper, the agricultural production, its supply and its logistics are analyzed and through Analysis Hierarchy Process, the evaluation index system of agricultural products is established. The evaluating of the logistics level in Hebei Province makes clear the problems about logistics in agricultural products. The problem is immature logistics of fruit and vegetable in Hebei Province, weak consciousness of the value-added logistics service, low-level standardization and informatization, insufficient cold chain logistics system, unsound related laws and supervision. Secondly, through the analysis of the logistics pattern of agricultural products in the developed countries, such as Japan, the United States and Holland, their experience on policies and regulations, logistics technology and facilities, logistics system, standardization system, logistics organization has been summarized for learning and imitating. The model of " B+B+B to C " in Hebei Province is put forward, and the application of agricultural products logistics is discussed. Finally, the developing strategies have been put forward to promote the development of agricultural products logistics in Hebei Province, that is, making rural cooperative replace the farmer to become the production side and doing a good job of agricultural super docking, expanding investment in logistics infrastructure, establishing the logistics mode of agricultural products processing enterprises, strengthening the logistics standardization and information construction, actively developing the third-party logistics, focusing on the construction of cold chain logistics system, improving the relevant laws, reinforcing the supervision of the logistics of agricultural products, promoting the personnel training on logistics. The paper carries on the concrete optimized design of the logistics developing strategy for fruit and vegetables products in Hebei Province. The research of this paper has some practical significance on improving the efficiency of agricultural products circulation and logistics in Hebei Province.
