The continuous changes of the market environment and the management level of the enterprise need to adapt to the change, especially in the management of enterprises and in the dominant position of the performance evaluation system, but also it should match the changing environment to play a greater role in the development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to set up the reasonable performance appraisal system is a question that it is one of the important problems in enterprise management, and it is an important guarantee for the enterprise’s development and implementation. This article points out S enterprise performance appraisal management for empirical analysis, and through the combination of theory and practice it analyzes the problems of S enterprise performance evaluation management, and it explores the effective performance evaluation of the travel strategy.Through the S enterprise performance appraisal management as the main starting point, and through the performance appraisal management related research results to analyze and sort out the performance appraisal management related research theories and concepts, and on the basis of previous research results, this paper summarizes the research framework and research methods, and on this basis, in-depth investigation and research. The status of enterprise s performance evaluation are analyzed, and the problems existed in the performance appraisal of enterprise s by the questionnaire investigation method, mainly including:performance objectives and enterprise s strategic goals are not consistent, enterprise performance evaluation index single, in the performance evaluation of enterprise s exist evaluation and other aspects of the problem.And then combined with the internal and external environment of S enterprises, the main factors of the problems are caused by the lack of knowledge, performance appraisal system, performance appraisal system, and the whole macro environment. At last, according to the problems of S enterprises in the performance appraisal management, and to study the development environment and system environment of the S enterprise’s location, it puts forward how to improve the performance evaluation system of S enterprises to adapt to the new era of social development environment. Further proposed the establishment and implementation of S enterprise how to carry out the performance evaluation system, we must have a reasonable performance evaluation system, but also has a perfect security mechanism to promote the smooth implementation of S enterprise performance appraisal management.
