| Under the favorable policy of The State Council and the GZ provincial government attaching great importance to the development of liquor enterprises,DT Aging wine Company,as a private brewing enterprise,is facing the fierce market competition of sauce wine enterprises and other flavor enterprises in the sauce wine market.However,the performance appraisal system originally formulated by the company has no longer adapted to the development of the enterprise under the new situation,and the contradictions in the performance appraisal management have been exposed successively,so it is necessary to improve and improve the performance appraisal system and evaluation system.Based on the current situation of DT aged wine company’s performance appraisal,this paper comprehensively uses the theory and technology of performance appraisal management and other relevant knowledge.At the same time,it uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the defects and problems existing in the orientation of the current performance appraisal system,the setting of indicators and the incentive effect of the implementation process,and analyzes the causes of these problems.On the basis of summarizing the existing appraisal system,this paper optimized the existing performance appraisal system,subdivided the responsibilities of the appraisal subject,divided the organization and department responsibilities,designed the performance appraisal scheme and implementation process of different departments and different staff levels,defined the assessment indicators and the corresponding weight,and explained the assessment cycle,method and result feedback and safeguard measures,to promote the the perfection of the existing performance appraisal system.Simultaneously,some suggestions for improving the performance appraisal of DT Brewing Company,such as integrating different departments and senior managers into the performance appraisal system,strengthening communication,increasing feedback and appeal channels,and establishing performance-oriented corporate culture.By optimizing the adjustment plan,it can further mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,improve the incentive effect of performance appraisal,and improve the overall management level of the company. |
