Study On Farmer’s Training In Yongzhou City

At present, Yongzhou is in a critical period of building a well-off society and new country, the farmers are the main part in the rural community and the whole society, which is directly related to the quality of the process of building problems. Regarding Yongzhou’s talent cultivation as logical clues, this paper build an analytical framework about new type of farmer training model on Yongzhou City in theory. through consulting many materials, the paper analyses the actual cultivation of Yongzhou farmers, and puts forward some related countermeasures for the issue. Based on the results of previous studies, this article makes theoretical analysis on Yongzhou farmer training issue by comparative analysis, comprehensive analytic analysis, and approach of experience summarized and descriptive research. Firstly the paper summarized the basic meaning and theory evidence of the quality of farmers in Yongzhou City. Then the paper summarizes the basic situation and the existing problem of farmers’ training in Yongzhou City, analyses the reasons and refers to the advanced practice of foreign countries. Finally, according to the present farmers quality and the requirement of social economy development in Yongzhou City, the paper suggests that we should increase the government investment on it, create a a good cultivate environment, improve the comprehensive quality of farmers, and innovate the training model and method to promote the farmers training work smoothly in Yongzhou City.
